He shall be responsible for the direct supervision and control of the Administration Division which
focuses two main groups; the Technology Resource Group as well as the Facilities and Services.  He
must possess extensive exposure in the areas:

Requirements:

  • Website, LAN, Software and Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, A graduate of
    any business, engineering or IT–related course.
  • Janitorial, purchasing and utilities, property and fleet management including supervision of
    drivers.
  • Preferably male, must have at least three (3) years supervisory experience in a medium-
    scale business entity.
  • With excellent communications skills and  ability to interact with people at different levels.
  • He should be a team player, patient and has keen to details. Willing to travel anytime.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
Provincial Manager
(for Manpower Pooling only)

In charge of the over all operation of the branch.
Tasked to manage both areas of marketing and administration.
Able to formulate plans, goals and objective of the team.
Has extensive networking and able to recruit, organize a sales team and develop into a strategic and
competitive sales force.

Requirements:

  • Shall supervise and monitor the sales production of the team and develop a reward and   
    recognition scheme for performing agents and brokers.
  • Shall act as direct coach and trainer of the sales team. Male of Female, a graduate of  
    business, marketing or any related course.
  • With minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
  • With excellent communication skills and with leadership qualities.  
  • Strong desire for excellence and a team player.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
Accounting Assistant

Project Engineer
For Immediate Hiring

Requirements:

  •  To perform a competent and full-time supervision of the project and field staff. In charge for
    the review of architectural, civil, sanitary, mechanical, electrical plans and specifications of
    projects.
  •  Able to advise and make recommendation with respect to construction feasibility,
    availability of labor and manpower, time requirements and project cost.
  •  Able to coordinate and provide general direction of work and program of the trade
    contractors.
  • Capable to direct, check and inspect the process, until the final completion of the projects.
  • Knowledgeable in the implementation of safety measures in the construction site.
  • Keen to details and able to verify progress billing of the contractor to ensure the validity of
    all billings.
  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with exposure to land development
    specifically residential subdivisions.
  • Can work with minimum supervision. Ability to lead and motivate people. Assertive,
    hardworking, decisive, resourceful and creative.
  • Computer literate and with good communication skills both oral and written.
